As a lead instructor, he is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive learning environment for students of all experience levels. His approach emphasizes responsibility, confidence, and proper technique, ensuring every student leaves with the knowledge and skills they need.
Courtney Schmitt
Courtney Schmitt is a co-owner of NAB Firearms and the driving force behind the company’s social media, marketing, and scheduling. With a background in graphic design and marketing, she blends creativity with strategy to grow the brand and keep operations running smoothly.
She is also a certified EMT and one of the first-aid instructors at NAB Firearms, bringing hands-on medical experience and a strong focus on safety and preparedness into her work. Her passion for helping people—both in emergency situations and through education—plays a key role in the company’s mission.
